To yakovleva, the candle holders breakdown for easy storae, or in this case easy shipping! the base and the tulip unscrew from the stems! The only thing I would not do is fold the leaves! I wouldn't want to cause a crack in the item! They are simply elegant! I've never used them, I didn't want to get them waxie, They look nice without candles. The pic shows one slightly leaning, that was only because it was loose. you'll see they are in great condition. ~:)
