It has a nice size Oval Blue Sapphire Quartz as Center Gemstone with smaller once on each shoulder and halfway down the row, fit's very comfortable and looks great!...****

Lyn0560 when it says get it now with a credit balance under it , it means you're using all your current credits but don't have enough to cover it all so the rest gets paid in cash.

true for most yes but the rest it's not cash just with more credits, it means you don't have enough for the GIN option and You have to buy credits
