You'll also need to not claim it is "your own unique design".....that is either an attempt of yours at making a copy of an already copyrighted piece or you bought it and are lying. i thought i'd give you a warning before you get kicked off for infringement.....i make a turquoise one that i got the idea from one in a store... not my design...a copy, my own attempt. you really have to watch your descriptions and wording.....not being mean, just a heads up....

Well it is my own design as I'm the one who put the tutorial together. I did originally learn it from someone else, but since then I've come up with different styles and worked on it to make it my own. It really is unique as far as I've been able to tell.
