Toddler Crinoline. Worn 1 time. Very full, There is no size on it. lying flat unstretched It measures 7" across and will stretch to 11" across. It is overall 9" long from waist to end of last layer. It has 2 layers, 3 gathered tiers each.

Pic 4 Close up of layerit does have one area about 4 inches across in the bottom tier that looks like moths might have gotten to it. I purchsed this off ebay for my granddaughter to wear in a wedding and as her dress was approx 1/4 inch longer than the crinoline I did not ment it. You have to know what you are looking for to actually spot it beacuse it is so full the layers make it almost impossible to spot.
