All pics have been posted and as much info as I could get off of the case has been posted too... Its truly not a scam... Im just not super well versed in the land of iPod Touch... It was manufactured in late 2011 it seems (says so on the back) and I cant find anything that says it IS a 5th Gen on the case...but I also havent found anything that said it ISNT. :) Considering how I received it... Its truly possible its the newest release that the public isnt privy too yet?... I just dont rightly know..

I just want to be clear on the shipping...if I win I don't mind paying the 10.00 and I know shipping can get a little outrageous, but I don't want to pay 10.00 then have you mail it parcel post for 5.00 or something. So my question is, how are you planning on mailing it? priority? parcel? Also, when I first started I charged shipping on my auctions and I didn't get nearly the amount of credits I should have. If you offer free shipping you'll get a lot more credits! :) Thanks!

just wanted to let you know. there's no such thing as a 5th generation iPod. even when you go on apples website the latest one for sale is a 4th generation. just wanted to clear that up.

NO!!! When they sent us the actual tix... It came with a notice that we should be prepared to receive large items on the spot... The letter actually said we should arrive with large SUV's and or even a BUS....!!!' They weren't lying either... I went with my sister, her hubby and my Aussie friend that invited us all....thank GAWD my sis drove and had a suburban... We BARELY fit everything... My friend and I had to put on of the guitar, amp and pickup boxes our laps...!!! A ton of people couldn't fit thief stuff in their cars and had to leave it!! Was crazy..

Thats really cool that you were on the Ellen show. My mother has been trying to get on the xmas show for years. I guess they give you tickets to a show, but you dont know ahead of time if its gonna be an xmas episode or not? I guess thats how Oprah did it anyways. Dont ask me why I know all this. The tix are hard to come by for the 12 days to say the least... I was SO stoked to have been invited .... Still can't believe it.... However, there WERE 3 ladies that came and stood in the standby line the night before. They were the only people in the standby line cuz I suppose, no one thinks they can get into the big tapings...... All 3 of them were admitted and won all of the same gifts I did.... !!!!!! I am definitely going to do that same thing this year...

I beleive you accept where you said that you opened the package and took the usb cable out and then still telling everyone that the package is still sealed. $10 is way to much to ask for shipping as you can put this in a small priority box and wrap it well send it with a confirmation # for less than $6. I know that you are new and I'mjust trying to give you a heads up. Good Luck!! I know you will make lots of creds with this!!!

it happens, Judith... there are just a lot of scammers that would be happy to take the $10 and never ship the item... That's why folks are asking so many questions. I would leave it sealed, but just take a pic with a piece of paper with your name on it. Also if you have your bank account confirmed, it will help folks to trust you more. Best of luck on this. I can guarantee your bids will go much higher if you do these things. How cool that you won this from Ellen! I entered Oprah's Christmas giveaways and won NOTHING! :)

Not sure where you are in the country but here in So Ca, its surprisingly easy to obtain show tickets and win giveaways.....ONCE you've been lucky enough to be invited and attend a popular prime time show ...I had never attended a television taping before Ellen's, Nor had I ever received an email or phone call asking me to attend a television show taping. Since appearing on Ellen's show,I have received a BARRAGE of emails, texts and even two phone calls inviting me to attend INCREDIBLE events including the VH1 CCA Awards, Golden Globes, Chelsea Lately, etc....all with seats within the first 10 rows! Apparently casting agents watch taped audience footage and extend tix to less than sold out events .. So exciting!!
