This is very interesting, I just listed my seeds for cauliflower and they like just like your broccoli. now I need to check these things out. I may be calling it the wrong thing or they sure look alike. We learn something new

I looked it up and this veggie was developed in Italy in the 16th century. It is also called Broccoflower so it may be a cross between broccoli and cauliflower, hence the confusion. What ever it is called it is delicious and VERY striking in appearance.

Will tell everyone that when they sprout, you need to take off the first or second set of leaves. You will want to look it up online to find out which set that you do take off so they will produce the broccoli head.
