Your knife was made between 1970 and 1979. I have a Case fixed Blade knife made in 1940. Sandytirey3 has NO clue what she is talking about.Case knives were ALWAYS made in the USA and NEVER had Germany made Blades or Germany marked anywhere on them.I am a Case XX Collector and have sold Case knives for almost 20 years.My knife is PRE Case XX it is only a CASE,never XX tested.To learn ages of Case Knives simply Google Case XX tang stamps.
