17" but very stretchy period this shirt is full of lots of different colors of Gray's an little bits of black.

Actually I have gained a lot of weight and I am at 38 C and it didn't look too bad on me. Not too tight at all. Nice and stretchy

I know you did but you also stated the it was very stretchy. So i thought it might stretch 4 inches thats why i asked you if it would fit a 38.
