My Beautiful Product, arrive several weeks (I Think) after the auction ended. I contacted the seller, I was very polite and received a very polite response. Sometimes you get what you reap!!! I found this seller to be very kind and a pleasure to deal with. You can't beat the price for the quality and beauty of the product. Even my jeweler paid me a compliment. Shipping may take a little longer, due to the shipping location, but well worth the wait. Check out their website as well.

I won an auction with this Listian in December. He was very honest about the time it would take for shipping as it was being shipped from China. It did indeed take a bit longer than 2 weeks to receive it but I was extremely pleased when it arrived....a lovely ring that exceeded my expectations! I am anxiously awaiting the arrival of another one of his beautiful rings! Great Listian!!!!!!!!!!!

I am STILL waiting for items since DEC from OTHER sellers. I have had to ask Listia for my credits back MANY TIMES lately from the other sellers. Really irks me they don't even acknowledge you won their item. This seller is quick on all points. If you have a complaint kluersse, GO TO LISTIA and submit a ticket. Don't slander on here. It shows no class on your part. BTW JD. You can block her statements on here if you wish. Just hit FLAG COMMENT to the right of her name. You can also block her all together. Which is what I have had to do on 4 unfortunately. IT DOES NOT help your rep as a seller, making comments like these kluersse. True or not. It shows bad character on your part. Argue in the MESSAGES. I just received the 2 rings that I won from this seller. It took 3 weeks for them to get to me but they are absolutely beautiful and well worth the wait!!! This is an AAA+++ seller and would recommend his auctions to anyone. You won't be disappointed!!!

Have a little patience kluersse, you'll get your order. And by the way, Listia doesn't suggest to anyone to request a refund. They simply offer guidelines that don't apply when the seller has already told you how long it will take to get your order.

This was after 30 days of course. Not less than 2 weeks. Ample time to have shipped my item from my own state. If your complaint is valid, they'll refund. BTW. .

If you see where you order items from, you will realize that it could possibly take up to 15-30 days for shipment. I received my item in new condition, and couldn't be happier with it. It's a shame there was such a miscommunication with the item you ordered. Jd032 was very accommodating with me.

I also won 2 auctions from this seller, yes it took some time, but it is coming from another country. My earrings are beautiful and more than what I expected. My ring is on the way, and although not the one in the picture, I was given a HUGE choice to replace it and this seller was always in contact with me. I don't really want to get into this, but Kluersse, they do send to people. It is NOT a scam. Do you want proof? Here. I have bought 3 pairs of ear rings and 2 bracelets from them. See the picture? Look closely at the purposely places lottery ticket. Tennessee. That is where I am located. I got my jewelry. Sure, it took some time, but look at their location. They are in CHINA. It takes a bit for shipping to reach the states, or anywhere for that matter.

They give great products, and place them in little baggies, and put those baggies in black drawstring packs before they ship. Be patient. You will regret it once you see their stuff. kluersse chill out!!! It's not the end of the world ok!! I got beautiful earrings and a flower necklace for my mom and sister! They were in perfect condition and nothing happend to them during shipping. Also don't go off saying lies about this seller IT STATES THAT IT WILL TAKE 15-30 DAYS because it's from China. In addition don't go off and be a total jerk to JD he's worked his butt off and for you to say that it's just SHALLOW!! :) And you shouldn't blame it all on JD! So you know what CHILL OUT!!! the item i have is super nice and it didi arive within about two and one half weeks.it was shipped from a diffrent country. it is a real item no and irepeat no rip off. it was exactly as it was on the page. in some ways nicer.

kluersse did you ever realize that even though it may have been sent 10 days ago that there are weekends to deal with when the postal service does not deliver. Also you have to consider weather conditions it the different places. I have sent items to my grandchildren from Niagara Falls Canada to Toronto Canada (about 90 miles away) and it has taken 2 weeks to get to them, So i would expect that coming from China you are at least looking at 3-4 weeks. Don;t be nasty to these people, they are great sellers they are patient with their buyers. You need to watch yourself or your name could get around and you could be blocked all together from buying off anyone.

These people are wonderful sellers, very prompt with getting the items out, depends on the location of the buyer the length of time it takes to get to you. These people have beautiful and quality products. Am looking forward to bidding again with these people. Anyone that doesn't send a private message to find out what is going on first before posting publicly should realize that maybe the items were taking a little bit longer due to the Christmas holidays. Also who is to say that the person making the false claims are just saying they didn't get it in order to get another item.

If I wasn't trusting of this person, I would not have bought 4 more items in one whack. But I DO understand the jitters kluersse. Recently, I have had to state that I would not be shipping an item until the 4TH because my funds ran unexpectedly low. Some sellers do it all the time. Which would mean 1 month out from getting you item sometimes.

First off kluersse....bantering shouldn't be gone on here. Do it in the messages section. Second....this person gave me a chance when I was skeptical. I have been in the online jewelry business for MANY yrs and know what it takes to get things from overseas. I also understand not being able to put a warehouse in my house. So the buy-as-you-sell option sometimes has to come into play. Since this person trusted me enough to ship the item ON GOOD FAITH, I have since ordered 4 more items, paid for the shipping and expect them to arrive within the week. OR TWO. Hi Hun, I would like to say THANK YOU THANK YOU for such beautiful jewelry. OMG I get so many compliments on my ring it's crazy!!! I also wanted to point out one thing here. When I first ordered my ring and necklace I was skeptical but I also gave the seller the benefit of doubt. I guess it came down to I just wanted my ring and necklace to bad that I was just being a little unpaitent. I also contacted the seller SEVERAL times and he actually would reply back in fast timely manner I was impressed. This seller is awesome I ordered a ring from them before Christmas and even with 2 holidays in the shipping time I received my ring in 17 days.If you ask them they will let you know that it normally takes at least 15 days for shipping time.And the maximum shipping time from them takes 30 days.They are very honest people.And I was very satisfied with the ring.Their items are beautiful.And they are A+++++ Sellers. I won a pair of earrings off of here and I just love them it did take about 15 to 30 days to recieve I also ordered five things off of the website they have they are great sellers and I recommend them to everyone they have beautiful products and I don't have one bad thing to say. Some people just can't be patiant. But have that and faith ad it will show up they has very good seller feedback no reason to be afraid to order for
Them also it is Chinese new year and as such shipping from there is delayed.
