This Avon ring has green and faux diamond stones set in a leaf pattern. Gold finish - size 7 adjustable to size 8. The largest part of the ring front measures about 3/4".

The ring truly is gorgeous! Mind you, I can't tell without examining the stones upclose, but from the excellent pictures you posted, I would easily guess the green faceted marquise shaped stones to be emeralds. I wish I had enough free credits to bid, but alas, I'm bidding on something else. Good luck with this auction, and if you ever auction off another one like this,please let me know.
