Description

The listing, IOmega External DVD Burner has ended.

Its in great shape, hardly been used. I used it a few times but after I got a laptop with DVD burning abilities I didnt need it. Its like new in-box, with the manual and Nero 8 CD.

Its perfect for someone who has a netbook or if you just need a secondary drive or if your internal drive goes out.

Heres how shipping will go for the winner:

You send me your info once you win

I get a shipping quote and send it to you along with my Paypal info

once I get your payment and it clears I will ship

If you cannot pay the shipping up front please dont bid, I just cant afford to ship stuff out then wait to be reimbursed

well I can tell from Nero 8 being included that its atleast 3-5 years old. Nero 11 just came out. If you just look somewhere on the box and tell me a P/n or model number. mainly I want to know if it will work on a 64bit system running windows 7. and you don't need to go to the post office to get a shipping quote you just put in your zip, my zip and the weight (or estimated weight) and it will give you a quote.

BTW. just some friendly advice offering "exact shipping" is a huge headache for everyone. you can charge flat rate and set it at whatever you feel is fair. just letting you know alot of people will want a quote if you charge exact and its a hassle, offer free or flat rate and things will be much easier.

I agree with xnxphene on the shipping thing I hate flat rate and usually don't bid on them unless there is some kind of estimate in the comments on my auctions I pick a zip code as far away from me as I can find add a bit for pay pal fees and set flat rate shipping

could you look at the box or bottom of the drive and tell me if the p/n or model number is 34427? I tried looking it up from the pic and limited specs I could see on the pic but need confirmation. Also are you able to quote me that shipping cost yet? zipcode is 50536. I would like to know before the end of the auction what the shipping cost will be. If seller doesn't state shipping cost until after auction is over then they can charge outrages fees. Would $3-5 be a fair range to expect for shipping prices?

when I did do an exact shipping after everyone wanted me to figure shipping for them I posted my zip code and the weight so everyone could figure it out themselves

If you don't like the sellers shipping, DON'T BID. Simple as that. No need to berate and belittle someone because they are new to this, you just drive them away. I don't blame the seller for not answering you. xnxphene and Julie282, you should not bully the new kid just because they don't do things the way you want them to.

Larkin we are not trying to bully the seller has stated they are charging exact shipping costs which is fine, but after after given seller my zipcode and requesting a shipping quote several times I never hear back. I have no problems with paying shipping I simply wanted to know what the shipping cost would be, isn't a buyer entitled to that information before the purchase? I've just been trying to get a shipping quote from here because when you post exact shipping as shipping cost that means you take the weight of the item and the zipcode its coming from and going to. I reapeadly asked for this but have gotten any response. And I think you're out of line saying julie or I have "berated" the seller in anyway. Only thing I have said or asked for is details of the item listed because there is not enough in the description to allow me to get any specs on it. If anything we just tried to give here advice, I just told here it would be at easier for here to just charge a flat rate so she won't have a dozen people asking for shipping quotes thats all I was doing, you're way out of line saying I belittle her or berated her, when all I was doing was trying to get full disclourse on the shipping costs and HDD Specs.
