The June charm does have a green stone in it. I think there is an alternate for every birthstone. Ordinarally June would be pearl.

Yes, there is an alternate. But your one for October is a bit confusing. It's the Opal, not the pink quartz, right?

Since it is a Swarovski "CRYSTAL", I guess I can't call it an opal. But I did mention that it has an opal "look" to it. Hope that helps.
