The volume control is the + & - buttons...if I wanna go back or skip to the next song, just hold those buttons

Doesn't have amazing bass like beats or Bose, but the sound is nice clear and crisp...the ear hooks help keep them n place anytime I used the headset during exercise

How long does it last with a full charge?

I would say up to 3hrs before needing to charge again and has a long stand by time of up to 8hrs
