FREE: Excercise ball-hardly used

The exercise ball is already deflated and packaged to ship so I included a picture of the excercise book. The ball is red, it comes with this book, the pump, the hose and the plug to keep it inflated of course. I got it to help with back pain which was quickly alleviated (so it's only been used literally once)...it takes up a lot of room so Im passing it on. The excercises included are great, low impact but they make a huge difference! the maximum recommended diameter (to give you an idea of the size of the ball) is 65 cm or 26 inches-55 cm or 22 inches.
