Beautiful, flattering casual/dressy cocktail dress from Heart and Soul. It has only ever been tried on. NWOT!! It has a black lace overlay on top of a purple nylon underlay. It has an elastic waist cinching band that is really flattering. The bust is a soft, comfortable jersey cotton that has tanktop-like sleeves and adorable ruffles on the left side that look like subtle flowers. It is a size Small, but could fit a medium just as well. So delicate and sophisticated! This could be worn when you're feeling fancy, it's comfortable enough to wear casually, and it's pretty enough to wear for event such as homecoming or another dance / dressy event!!

Wonderful! :) The bust is jersey cotton so it can fit a number of cup sizes, and it being a cinch waist, it flatters any waist! I have another dress similar to this that I do wear, and I have no waist...lol my mother says I'm a tom boy with a boy shaped body... I have no curves! Haha! But the cinch waist is so nice, it defines any tiny waist I have haha. This will definitely be so chic for her dance. :)
