Yes, I think so. I double checked on the company website and they refer to Windows 7 as similar to Vista, and there are instructions on installing on Windows 7. If you would like to look at the website, go to homesupport.cisco.com/en-us/wireless/lbc/WRT110.

This should work with windows 7 as long as it's compatible with Vista. Note: This is a PCI Wireless Adapter Not a wireless router. Just thought i'd mention that.

The difference between the two is one is a wireless signal giver the other is a receiver, you cant get online with a router unless its cabled, IE CAT5e or better, A wireless receiver such as this PCI card, or a wireless USB will let you receive the signal and therefore get online wirelessly.
