This is a sealed pack from a McDonald's Happy Meal. It's "Zemerik & Zelix" (Toy #2) Rated for children 3 and up.

The car itself is 4 1/2" x 2 1/2"... the figure is smaller, but unmeasurable within opening the pack.

Sorry, can't get it uploaded in time. My picture is just of a bagged figure though, so it's pointless to post. The one above is what you'll receive, so that's all that matters. Thanks for asking though.
