Hows the bass on these things, I would like to use these for studio recording.

The jack is standard for mp3 players (3.5mm?) You can get an adapter to take it to 1/4" from Radio SHack for a few dollars.

Bass is much better than the small foam units and most of the less expensive in-ear units. Not as good as some of the mid priced larger over the ear units but these are great for noise reduction-

Sorry but probably a no for Canada. Customs forms and higher shipping are a hassle.
