Beautiful,and extremely unique is what describes this piece. The warm green clay owl sits atop a gorgeous chunky glass jar, The jar alone, is so very nice, and it has no plastic under the lid. It is glass on glass.The measurements are 4" tall without the lid, a bit over 6 1/2 with the lid, and about 3" wide. I use these types of jars to put my bare minerals powder in. The owl is hand painted and hand sculpted clay He is a gorgeous green with eyes made from vintage bobbins I won here on Listia.And as always I make my pieces with a very antiqued look. This jar has many purposes- safety pins, rubber bands, paper clips, buttons, q tips, cotton balls, and the list goes on. I personally think this would be pretty displayed with small vintage spools of thread. I really love this piece, and I know for certain you will also....Thanks guys for being so supportive!
