This is for Shinobi for Playstation 2 (PS2). The game comes in its original case. The disc has some scratches. The game worked fine the last time I played it, but I do not currently have a system to check it on.

how bad is the scratches on the disk? also does it have the manual?

It has quite a few small scratches. Most of my games do including ones for systems I currently play, but I have rarely had a problem and got rid of ones I knew did not work. However, I don't have a system to check it on, so I cannot be positive it works. I bought this used at Gamestop several years ago and it never came with the instruction manual.
