The classic American "Four Way" mouse/rat trap by McGill Metal Prdcts, Marengo Illinois.
Made in the USA, this heavy duty killer is a great coffee table, or office desk, conversation piece.
It is a guy's quintessential rat killer with the renowned and gargantuan 20 lb. "Can't Miss" spring. Called the "Four Way" because it killed regardless of the direction the mouse or rat approaches the cheese.
The wood board measures 3 1/2" x 7" and the spring is good and tight.

Now don't get into a marital tiff with your sweetheart ... Leave 'em be. Not worth getting a divorce over these. (But you could stick one loaded into his sock drawer, if it works you should hear it outside in the yard!)

Try not to get fingers in them when loading... and yep ... they work. I got them at an auction and didn't set them for real, but set and broke 2 pencils when tripping them.
