The listing, Spoons has ended.
5 types of spoons up for auction. The first one is silver either 925 or 835 with a crest of a winged guard carrying a sword and the words Schermeers Beschermer written on it. It looks like either a childs spoon or a salt spoon. The back is stamped 1633 1958 and markings down the handle with the the letters .HH. and a sword with fine printed numbers. The .HH. I found stand for Hooijkaas, H. Schoonhovensche, Dutch. The next spoon is a child's Disney spoon of one of the dalmations. Stainless steel, gently used. The next one is a small spoon made of brass and I think rosewood made in Thailand. The next one is silver plated tongs for salads. The last one, my favorite is a small salt spoon made into a pin or brooch. It is marked sterling in back just below the pin. The silver pieces can be made into jewelry, such as rings bracelets and pendants, etc.
