⭐ Please look over pictures -- this is not in new shape -- it is okay condition.
⭐ Some curling, some edge degradation (pic 14) some binding pull away (see pic 13, 18; may need glue?).
⭐ Cover tear (pic 15), marker top left outside (pic 19).
⭐ I looked it over for about 10 minutes & I did not see any highlighting, underlining or other markings inside.
⭐ Some water marking (see bottom of inside page shot in pics like 4, 9, 17).
⭐ There is no bad musty or moldy smell (if there were one whiff & I'd have a headache).
⭐ I do not see any torn out pages, rumpled up pages -- looks like it had been treasured..
