Excellent camera package. The only reason I am parting with it is because my fiancé got me a new one for Christmas.

Also, the lines on the screen are from me taking a picture of it with my camera, like when you take a picture of a computer screen.

Yes, that is what the cord is. The adapter to plug into the wall is included too. Does that make sense? I am answering from my messages so I can't remember what photo it is that shows the adapter but yes, everything is there that you would need.
