silver plate 27x17 serving tray crown maker mark on bottom bought in lot from antique auction have been told by dealer it is pree 1930 will ship for cost

Is it plated or sterling....what are the marks??? any pitting or damage (dents etc)

It has a 5 pointed crown with other marks on both sides of the crown cant makeout what they are. It is silver plate no dings or damage does need cleaning will check with post office on cost to ship will let you know
