The listing, Feathers - Blue and Gold Macaw - Assorted has ended.

22 assorted Blue and Gold Macaw feathers, courtesy of Misty (see second photo). They range in size from one or two inches to about 6 inches. These are all in good shape, and were all gathered as she molted naturally.

If bidding hits 1,200 I'll add 5 more feathers of the larger sizes.

Misty is a beautiful girl. I really would love to have a bird...I bet they are alot of company plus so beautiful to look at. Watching already a fan.

She's a good bird. She'll sit on my arm just fine, and she takes treats from me, but the only person who can actually pet her is my dad. I actually prefer our cockatiel, since he's just happy as a clam to be held and prefers me to anyone else ;)

I'm trying to figure out how to tier the auction for her big feathers (about 2 feet long). Once I decide how to do that auction, since shipping will obviously cost me more, they'll be up for grabs, too :)

I've definitely saved a few to make some myself :) I'd be more motivated if my ears were pierced or I still had a place to sell my jewelry. The yellow ones add a nice pop of color and it's always nice to use feathers that aren't dyed :)
