Movie Description:
Director Joe Castro (LEGEND OF THE CHUPACABRA) helms this spooky horror flick, which follows a group of ghost hunters as they explore an ancient mansion for spirits from another dimension. Unfortunately they unwittingly unleash something far more sinister when their meddling sets free a chaotic array of ghoulish, undead folk who are not too pleased to be thrust back into civilization once again! A cut above the average supernatural thriller, NEAR DEATH offers plenty of sinister surprises that should have viewers on the edge of their seats.

Not sure by what you mean does it come with a case....?? It comes with a DVD holder shown in the picture. Like I said we watched it only once....it's like new in excellent condition. Case/DVD cover or whatever it is called is included. I would have called it out if it was not. Thanks for checking.
