I think when it says "W/ Credit Balance" is that you have enough credits to buy this item and once you pay for it, YOU will still have a "Credit Balance" of credits. I will also add that I DID NOT mention in the description, the person that wins this with a GIN, will receive a BONUS Free Surprise Gift of $50.00+ In additional Precious Gemstones.
