this is a straight talk lg-l38c phone. used for 2.5 years (dec 2013-june 2015). i chatted with a straight talk representative before posting this listing and according to them this phone can be reactivated. it works just fine with wifi if you just want it to simply have something to play around with. camera works and will record video as well. obviously not the best quality camera, but it serves its purpose. battery will fully charge but drains quickly. i'd suggest buying a new battery for it! (easily found on ebay for about $5) memory card NOT included. phone has 1gb of internal memory so i'd also suggest getting a memory card for it if you plan on downloading a bunch of apps or putting music on it. phone will be factory reset. feel free to leave a comment if you have any questions!
