The nail dryer is the bottom half of the nail polish set (where you see the words COLOR THEORY). The dryer is not UV, it is fan operated. Thanks for stopping by my auction :)

Thanks! I try to make the GINs on my auctions fair and reasonable. I hate when I see an item I really want and the GIN is super inflated above what it is worth.
