This bracelet is a REPRODUCTION of one of the many beautiful bracelets of style icon and Former US First Lady Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy.

7 1/4 inches in length

111 pcs Swarovski crystals! (I counted them :p)

Jacqueline Bouvier Kennedy JBK initials engraving as seen on photos 3, 7 and 13.

Hidden clasp with 2 safety latches for a continuous uninterrupted look as seen on photo 13

Made in China (How did I know? There's a small engraving by the clasp. Most of Camrose and Kross jewelry are made there.)

Are the stones cz, and what is it plated over?

I believe the stones are Swarovski crystals because according to their website they use Swarovskis in almost all Camrose &Kross JBK collection if you'd like to check them out. As to what it is plated over, it wasn't mentioned in the website. All it says is they use either 24K gold or Rhodium plating in whatever metal is underneath.
