This is something new I am trying here on Listia and if it goes well I will post many more. This is an auction for a small cutting(about 5 or 6 inches tall) of the Jade plant which is a very beautiful succulent.This succulent will root VERY easily for you, as I have rooted many a Jade plant in my lifetime. When it blooms it has very small pink flowers.It loves full sun and it lends itself very well to Bonsai.It has very fat "leaves" and is lovely as an indoor plant for the colder climates.It is native to South Africa and has a deep green color. Let the soil dry out between waterings. Other than that, it is a incredibly easy plant to take care of and always looks great.I can see why they named it the Jade plant as it looks somewhat oriental in its form. Happy bidding!

this cutting will have their small pink flowers attached!---- all the jade plants here are in bloom due to a frost(from what I understand that is what has prompted them to bloom) and you will see how pretty they are!--however---since California has such milder weather compared to it much colder climes(i.e. Boston,New York,Toronto, etc.) it is advisable to keep them in colder climes as houseplants indoors for the winter.
