Washable material with water to wipe off marker...washable marker only (not included). Excellent used condition. Rolls up for easy storage.

If it is a reasonable amount of time then it would be ok...especially since you communicated the concern with me and your situations. I am willing to work with people as long as they are willing to communicate with me...and you obviously are...when you can.

I don't want to discourage people from bidding...if they tell me upfront their situation prior to bidding, etc...then I will be willing to work with them...that is to prevent people from winning a bid then not responding to me at all...and I usually give them a reasonable amount of time...I don't block right away...I message then multiple times first, the would file a dispute. It has never gotten to that point for me yet.
