the biggest it will fit is 17 1/2 inch neck and th smallest is 13 1/2 .. the choker is 13' and the clasp is about 1/2 inch and then the chain you hook the casp to any part is 4 inches. I hope that helped.

you can make it different lengths with the hook and th chain so do you want me to measure it on the tightest and the looseest like i did the other way?
