Do you think it would grow early spring in zone six? I tried growing some in a pot last year, and the heat didn't kill it in the summer but it stayed like dwarfed only got maybe 6 in. high and never bloomed...

Hi AryaSmith, the package shows a 5 color chart so I'm not sure what zone 6 is...but I do know from experience that if you plant them indoors they will grow. I planted this same brand last spring and had plenty of blooms here in cali. I keep them inside until they are a few inches tall and then I move them outside so long as the weather is nice. What I was taught is to use the Miracle Grow Pooted Soil mix, sprout indoors, then when ready to go outside do so over a few day period. On the first day move the seedlings outside for some sun for a few hours only, then bring back inside. Do so for a couple days and then supposedly this makes them more hardy and ready to go outside. That's how I did it last season and it seemed to work :)
