These are both brand new with tags on the shawl I won this at an auction but it is way to small for me, unfortunately there was no skirt with this but it is velvety. The size is 4 and it is very beautiful. Note if I do not receive shipping information and payment within 7 days I will relist. With all the problems that has been happening lately if you win this and then decide to back out I will not be refunding credits to you so if you don't accept these terms don't bid sorry for the inconvenience and all items as best as I could tell and describe.
