For Each 1000 credits I will add another cap code. SO:
499-1000 = 1 cap code
1001 - 2000 = 2 cap codes and so forth.

MAXIMUM WILL NOT EXCEED 30 cap codes.
so if it gets to 30,000+ credits you will get a maximum of 30 cap codes.

I Will Email Code(s) to Winner *=) Within a few days - IF I am not around right at the end of the auction.
