Hi Thanks!

When you look at someones auction and at the top of the page under their
Level / Experience, Check Ins & Seller Feedback Received boxes there is a Fan bar listing all the people they have as fans. There is a "Become A Fan" button to click on to become a fan. So when some one say's "Fanned, or Watching & Fanned, and may be even, "W&F, it all means they have just became your fan, and usually if they leave you a comment or message to the fanned affect, you can then choose to become their fan as well. Did I confuse you with this long blah, blah?(sorry :) Any way, being a fan & having fans is a good thing. The more fans the more credits or EXP points.
