The insert says it is to be used for 18 MM Pet collar, but i do not see why it could not be used as a necklace pendant, for scrap booking anything really.

The third picture is from another pendant as the manufacture put new sku stickers over the top of the printed one but I did not want to try to peel off the stickers to see it they all said the same or not.
