The package weighs 20 lbs and is 28" long, 14" tall, 5" wide.

Yes, there's also a toll free #, not sure if it still works but the manufacturer is still in business so could also check their website for further instructions/help

Not electrical, runs on people power. I have several knitting looms (round and rectangular) and it is nothing like those.

It is used, excellent condition and as far as I can tell all of the parts are there~I've compared them to the parts list included with the machine and I could not find anything missing. All of the instruction and pattern books are included, also.
