The winner will receive an activation code for a steam game valued between about one and three dollars. I will select it randomly from my list of spare keys that fall into this price range.
This code can be used to activate the game on your (or anyone else's) steam account.

As with most steam game codes, this code may only be used once. There is no way that I have used this code yet, so there is no reason for it not to work for one account only. This is a permanent ownership key, so once activated, your account will have lifetime access to the game, unless Steam arranges otherwise.

Also be aware that stated values are approximate. Sales or price changes on Steam cause a value discrepancy. Also, I may round up to the nearest dollar. In other words, a game sold for $1.99 may be listed with a $2 value.
