Hello, at the top you said "every once and a while it likes to freeze up." Can you take a long video say ten to twenty minute video.With out this happening I guess what I'm asking is does it freeze a lot when using it and also how long dose the battery stay charged for? Oh can it take photos too? Thanks you! :D

Yeah you can take long video for the most part, it seems to be a problem with pressure. If you put too much pressure on the buttons it can freeze up. I've taken a couple hour videos before and they come out great. As much for the Battery question, it takes AAs so if you get super awesome batteries than heck yeah, but usually its about 2 hours of recording. Hope this helps =)

The flip video software has a screenshot button. I've never found a photo button on the camera. But any frame can be cut and saved :) just the click of a mouse.
