This is a Beautiful Heart Shaped Precious Moments Musical Plaque by Enesco. On the front of the heart is 2 kids with a puppy and on the back it says "A heart of love, sent to you. A heart of grace, special and true. You fill my days with joy and pride, I'm so thankful you're by my side." The tune is 'Let me call you sweet heart" Its about 4 1/2 inches tall and about 4 inches wide. The base is about 2 inches from front to back.
