I have shipped perfume gift set like this before and they can fit into a medium flat rate box for $10.50 with free delivery confirmation if you print your label from paypal. If you buy a medium flat rate label from the post office it is $10.95 plus $0.70 for delivery confirmation. i hope this helps :)
