It is basically 2 bowls one is the bottom and the other is the top and they fit together with a sifter in between. So you put your meat or vegetables in one side along with your flour and seasonings and shake until everything is coated. Turn upside down so the flour is on the bottom and open and you are ready to fry or bake. Good for marinating as well. Also included in this deal is an adjustable knife. It has a adjustable guide attached to the knife so you can make the same size slices every time. Also included is a professional kitchen utensil. It is a whisk, salad tongs and spatula all in one.
