This is the game Civilization IV for PC. It is new still sealed in package. Been around awhile so the outside of the packaging is a little bent up, but other than that the inside is still sealed in plastic and has never been opened. Heard this is a neat game, never played it myself, look on You-tube and you can find video's that show game play and or describe it. This is free ship for Worldwide (it's not heavy or bulky item). Can't beat an unused game for FREE!!! The specification are as follows (per the packaging): Rated E 10+ because of Violence, System Minimum Requirements are: 1.2 GHz Intel Pentium 4 or AMD Athlon processor or equivalent, 256MB Ram,CD-Rom, 64 MB Video card w/hardware T&L, Direct X7 compatible sound card, and1.78GB free hard drive space. Supported OS is Windows 200, Windows XP, or higher. This is what the box says, not sure what it all means but if you have question regarding the specifics of systems requirements just ask, and I can ask my honey he knows more than I do about that kind of thing. :) Looks like a great game, and after all it is NEW never USED and FREE.
