This is a new wig never worn. I have gotten it from a friend but it's not for me. It is SYNTHETIC so please don't ask if it is human. Not sure how long in inches it is but I will believe it is like 20 inches. It has adjustable strap for comfort and it has combs so it would not slip off your head. Please no bidders remorse. Oh god u will get threw it I am going threw chemo myself I wanted to donate them but didn't have anyone to give them to. This is just not my style
