Well, I think these are both very nice. Are they fast growing? Alo what do you consider a starter portion?

Thanks, I just love aquatic moss. They grow very, very slowly which is why they're not readily available from commercial suppliers. That's why it's usually only dedicated hobbyists who make mosses available to fellow hobbyists (who are nuts to begin with.. lol). The portions I sell (or auction here) are approximately golf ball sized. And yes, a little goes a long way as you can see from this link (not my website) ..... http://www.aquamoss.net/How%20to%20create%20a%20moss%20wall/How%20to%20create%20a%20moss%20wall.htm.

I'm confused. Maybe somebody could explain?

I started this at 100 credits and there are 2 bids showing in bid history. But at the top of the auction it says there have been 7 bids. How can that be?

As for the bidding, the two listed under bid history are currently the only bidders, but have upped their own bids, so that is why is says seven bids. Does that make sense?
