These are usually folded paper. I have 2 photo frames and a set of booties my husband made with cigarette packs (camel so it has a rope design). I've also seen them out of starburst wrappers. I want to learn how to make them. lol. Good luck.

These can be made outta many many different things. Paper, candy wrapers, chip bags, duct tape. Not hard to learn how. Its on Pinterest. You just search the kind you want to make. (Like duct tape or candy wraper)
