Watched it twice. It is the collector's edtion with the original pamphlet. It is also widescreen edition.

Sorry about the lateness in responding. I don't have a camera to get the actual picture of the movie so I went online and copied the exact copy of mine. I own the movie and I am not a scammer.

The front of the case it says, at the top, "collector's edition" and at the bottom it says "widescreen." Inside it has a little booklet with Spielberg's picture and his "chapters" for writing the movie.

The special features, as listed on the back of the movie case, are listed as follows:
